Lead - Brand Marketing
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Category Leadership: Drive awareness and adoption of a new and evolving category, positioning Ree Paired as an industry leader.
- Marketing Strategy: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and drive growth.
- Campaign Leadership: Strategize, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels to achieve marketing and business objectives.
- Performance Marketing: Take charge of performance marketing efforts, focusing on scaling paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and driving measurable results.
- Brand Development: Enhance brand narrative through compelling storytelling and a customer-centric approach.
- Analytics & Insights: Leverage data to optimize campaign performance, ensuring every rupee spent delivers maximum ROl.
- D2C Expertise: Apply deep understanding of the D2C landscape to refine the customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, tech, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in the D2C space and prior work experience working with agencies.
- Performance Marketing Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in scaling paid campaigns and optimizing metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
