Location: Bangalore with extensive travel to client sites

Working days: 5 Days work from office only

We are a climatetech startup. It is a cloud-based software to help making industrial manufacturing sustainable. Through its AI and blockchain enabled cloud-based software, it helps industrial companies measure, report, certify and reduce CO2 emissions / ESG performance

The revenue model is based on SaaS subscription fees. Our primary focus is on industrial manufacturing led companies. Geographically, India, Middle East and Southeast Asia are in immediate focus, with EU and North Asia being mid-term focus areas. Pilot clients include large steel, automotive and utility companies. The company is headquartered in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities:

- Benchmark CO2 emission performance at operational levels

- Research, identify and codify technologies to decarbonize the steel manufacturing value chain

- Conduct techno commercial analysis on decarbonization technologies

- Identify and on-board suppliers of decarbonization solutions globally

- Develop net zero roadmap for clients leveraging knowledge and tools

- Lead implementation of cutting-edge decarbonization technologies at client sites

Key requirements:

- Engineering from top tier institutes - IIT/NIT/BITS/VIT/Manipal (Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgy)

- 3-5years of experience in Steel manufacturing or Steel technologies services at reputed companies

- Very strong on problem solving, communication and steel manufacturing knowledge
