Summary:

As a Practice Manager at Redseer (3-5 years post-MBA or equivalent experience), you will lead client delivery and own the quality, relevance, and impact of insights delivered to leading digital businesses and investors. You will manage a team of Sector Leads and Analysts to translate business questions into actionable research, ensuring clients receive timely, decision-ready insights.

You will serve as a trusted client partner, leading presentations and workshops, building long-term relationships, and driving retention and growth through consistent value delivery. You will also shape sector thought leadership and contribute to market-facing content that strengthens Redseer's voice in the ecosystem.

This role combines consulting judgment, client leadership, and team management, making it ideal for professionals who want to influence strategic decisions across India's consumer and digital economy spanning sectors such as e-commerce, quick commerce, food tech, ride hailing, media, and emerging digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Delivery and Outcome Ownership

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely and actionable insights

- Translate client business questions into clear research plans and guide team to deliver high impact outputs

- Anticipate client needs and provide insights that support strategic decision making

- Uphold high standards of quality and reliability across all deliverables

2. Insight Development and Thought Leadership

- Lead the development of clear, data-backed insights on industry trends and competitive dynamics and growth opportunities

- Create executive-ready presentations, reports, and briefs used by CXOs, business leaders and investors

- Contribute to newsletters, whitepapers, and other content that positions RedSeer as a thought leader

3. Client Engagement & Growth

- Lead client presentations, workshops, and review meetings with senior stakeholders

- Build long-term relationships that drive client retention and repeat engagements

- Identify opportunities to expand engagement and support renewals through clear articulation of value delivered

- Maintain strong visibility into client priorities and evolving business needs

4. Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence

- Lead and mentor Sector Leads and Analysts to deliver high-quality outputs

- Establish strong quality control processes, clear workstream allocation and structured feedback loops

- Build a high-performance team culture focused on ownership, speed, and continuous improvement

- Develop future leaders and strengthen team capabilities

5. Operational Efficiency

- Plan team capacity and allocate resources to meet deadlines without compromising quality

- Monitor delivery efficiency and implement process improvements to enhance productivity

- Identify risks related to timelines, scope, or staffing and take proactive corrective action

6. Collaboration with Product and Technology Teams

- Partner with Product and Technology teams to share client feedback and improve delivery tools

- Drive adoption of internal platforms and workflows that enhance efficiency and client experience

- Contribute to strengthening delivery processes and institutional knowledge

Candidate Requirements

- Experience 3-5 years of post-MBA and experience in consulting, research, analytics, or strategy roles

- Experience managing teams and delivering client-facing insights

- Exposure to consumer internet, digital platforms, or new-age sectors preferred
