The Role:
As Redica's India team continues to grow, we're investing in a dedicated People Operations Partner to serve as the full-time, in-office HR presence for our Bengaluru office. This person will be the connective tissue between our global People function and the day-to-day experience of our India-based employees. Someone trusted, visible, and deeply embedded in the team.
This is a role for someone who builds relationships by showing up, who is proactive and catches issues, and who takes genuine pride in making the employee experience feel consistent and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end HR operations for the India employee population, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and everything in between.
- Lead India-based talent acquisition: managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidates have a smooth, professional experience.
- Partner with Bengaluru leadership to cultivate a positive, connected team culture and seamlessly align HR practices across India to support our peoples success.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns - approachable, discreet, and solutions-oriented.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and practices that reflect both local legal requirements and Redica's global standards.
- Use data to surface trends and inform decisions - headcount, attrition, engagement signals, time-to-fill.
- Own compliance with India statutory, regulatory, and labor requirements - and keep HR practices aligned as regulations evolve.
- Collaborate with the global People team on cross-functional initiatives while keeping India operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related degree.
- 5+ years of applicable HR experience in Employee Relations, Talent management, & Stakeholder Management required.
- Experience in a strategic HR role, working directly with senior-level management.
- Proven experience exercising judgment with sensitive/confidential issues.
- Strong record of effective mentorship, conflict resolution, relationship, and team-building skills.
