Role Summary
The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The role requires expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and ROI-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, improve conversions, and strengthen Redcliffe Labs' digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition and conversions through performance-driven campaigns.
- Manage remarketing, display, and programmatic campaigns to maximize reach.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM dashboards.
- Track and optimize key metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Prepare MIS reports and present insights to leadership for decision-making.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with design/content teams to develop impactful creatives and landing pages.
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Align campaigns with sales and operations teams to meet business goals.
Innovation & Experimentation:
- Run A/B tests and explore new channels for scaling campaigns.
- Adopt innovative strategies to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Expertise in performance marketing metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM dashboards).
- Proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple categories.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or consumer-facing industries preferred.
- Ability to align marketing campaigns with revenue and growth targets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Ownership-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution.

- Ability to drive measurable business outcomes through marketing.
