As a core member of our customer success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional and delightful customer experience, driving customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries, concerns, and feedback through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Play store, LinkedIn, Twitter, Consumer forums & other platforms. 2.
