Redcliffe Lab - Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Marketing function. The ideal possess strong skills in data analysis, business problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Digital, Brand, Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to drive data-backed decision-making and accelerate marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Analytics & Insights:

- Analyze marketing performance data across digital, offline, and campaign channels.

- Track KPIs such as CAC, lead quality, funnel conversion, retention, and ROI.

- Develop dashboards and automated reports for leadership using tools like Power BI/Tab

2. Business Problem Solving:

- Identify growth opportunities, gaps, and bottlenecks in marketing funnels.

- Conduct competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and market trend evaluations.

- Support leadership with insights for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

- Partner with Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

- Collaborate with Tech teams to enhance tracking, attribution models, and CRM .

4. Data Management & Reporting:

- Build predictive models and marketing attribution frameworks.

- Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across marketing systems (CRM, analytics tools).

- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier 1 college

- 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or consulting.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and deliver actionable insights.
