Position Title: AGM Lab Operations Salary: Upto 20LPA Location: Noida Job Summary: - We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to oversee both Lab Operations and M&A - Operations within our organization. - This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities across scientific laboratory management and mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and optimize lab workflows, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. - Supervise laboratory personnel, providing leadership, training, and support for professional development. - Oversee data management processes, including collection, analysis, and storage of experimental data. - Collaborate with researchers and scientists to support ongoing projects and initiatives. - Maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to procure supplies and services as needed. - Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in laboratory operations. - Conduct due diligence for potential M&A transactions, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment. - Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate potential acquisitions or mergers. - Assist in the preparation of transaction documents, including letters of intent, purchase agreements, and integration plans. - Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to facilitate the M&A process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Support post-merger integration activities to achieve synergy targets and operational efficiencies. - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions affecting potential M&A opportunities. - Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders on M&A activities and opportunities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g, Biology, Chemistry) or Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree (e., MBA) preferred. - [X] years of combined experience in laboratory management and/or M&A operations, with demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects. - Strong understanding of laboratory operations, scientific research methodologies, and equipment maintenance. - Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques; familiarity with M&A transaction processes and legal/regulatory considerations. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across different departments and levels of the organization. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks. Preferred Skills: - Certification or training in laboratory management or project management (e.g, PMP). - Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and M&A transaction management tools. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to laboratory operations and M&A transactions. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
