About the Role:

We are seeking a performance-driven and strategically minded Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and optimizing digital marketing funnels. The role requires an individual with a strong background in SEO, performance marketing, CRM, and content-based lead generation, especially suited for candidates with exposure to the eLearning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance and increase visibility across target keywords.

- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink analysis.

- Collaborate with content teams to drive SEO-optimized content strategy.

2. Social Media & Community Engagement:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to build brand awareness.

- Cultivate and manage online communities relevant to the industry.

- Monitor trends, engagement metrics, and adapt content to increase community growth and participation.

3. Performance Marketing & Local Advertising:

- Run targeted ad campaigns focused on the Kolkata region and neighboring areas using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

4. CRM & Marketing Automation:

- Leverage Zoho CRM for lead tracking, segmentation, and lifecycle management.

- Implement marketing automation workflows using Pabbly, Zapier, and Systeme.io to streamline follow-ups and engagement.

- Monitor lead behavior and automate lead nurturing processes.

5. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization:

- Design, build, and optimize high-converting funnels using Systeme.io, Typeform, and landing page tools.

- A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and user journeys to enhance conversion rates.

- Create segmented email nurturing journeys tailored to lead intent and engagement history.

6. Conversational Marketing:

- Set up and manage lead interaction campaigns via WhatsApp and Telegram to enable real-time engagement.

- Use chat flows, bots, and direct messaging strategies to qualify leads and drive conversions.

7. Content-Driven Marketing Initiatives:

- Plan and execute webinars, podcast episodes, and demo/tutorial videos as a method of audience engagement and course promotion.

- Develop gated content strategies to support lead generation through eBooks, checklists, and recorded sessions.

8. Local Event Marketing:

- Plan and manage participation in game events, esports tournaments, hackathons, and industry conferences.

- Coordinate pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event lead capture and follow-up.

- Collaborate with event organizers, partners, and vendors to maximize brand visibility.

9. Landing Page Design & Optimization:

- Design, test, and iterate landing pages using best UI/UX practices.

- Optimize layouts, copy, and CTAs based on user behavior analysis and A/B testing.

10. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track KPIs for all digital campaigns and prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

- Use Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, and other BI tools to drive data-backed decision-making.

- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and overall digital strategy.

Core Skills Required:

- Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads), and social media marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Pabbly, Zapier, Systeme.io, and Typeform.

- Expertise in funnel design, marketing automation, and email campaign optimization.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign performance metrics.

- Ability to design, test, and optimize landing pages using A/B testing techniques.

- Deep understanding of user behavior analytics and experience in improving UX for higher engagement and conversions.

- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing webinars, podcasts, local events, and hackathons.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.

- Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in the eLearning industry or EdTech sector.
