Product Manager (6-10 yrs)

About the Role:

We're building the infrastructure for a circular economy, brand compliance portals, and collection networks across geographies with real regulatory and operational complexity. You'll own hard problems, define solutions from scratch, and be accountable for outcomes.

Total Experience: 6-10 years

What you'll do:

- Own product areas end-to-end from discovering the problem to shipping the solution to tracking outcomes.

- You define requirements, write PRDs, drive design, manage sprints, and follow through post-launch.

- Work across configurable platform layers rules engines, multi-tenant workflows, financial settlements, inventory and chain-of-custody systems.

- You'll need to think in data models and state machines, not just screens.

- Integrate third-party systems payment gateways, ERP connectors, compliance APIs, and logistics platforms.

- You own the integration scope, not just the request.

- Communicate clearly and precisely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners in review meetings, in writing, and in the room where decisions get made.

- You shape how processes should work, not just what gets built.

- Use AI tools actively to cut manual work, speed up research, improve documentation quality, and increase your own output.

- We expect this to be a natural part of how you work, not a skill you're developing.

What we're looking for:

- 3-5 years of PM experience on B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or complex operational products.

- Demonstrated ownership you made decisions, handled pushback, and can speak to outcomes you drove.

- Systems thinking you can reason about how data flows, where it breaks, and what the downstream consequences are.

- Business process fluency you can map how work moves across roles, systems, and orgs, spot where it breaks, and define how it should work.

- Workflow design, exception handling, and operational visibility are things you have experience with.

- Comfort with complexity financial flows, configurable systems, 3P integrations, or regulated environments are a plus, not a requirement.

Strong fit if you've worked on:

- Financial settlement, reconciliation, or ledger products.

- Inventory management, order management, or track-and-trace.

- Configuration-heavy or multi-tenant B2B platforms.

- Supply chain, compliance, or regulatory tech.
