Recykal is looking to hire for a HR Manager - Compensation and Benefits position. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and an analytical mindset with a strong background in managing end-to-end HR operations and HRMS. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, Payroll Data, & and HRIS maintenance. - Oversee the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system updates, and the integration of new modules or tools to enhance HR operations. - Manage entire payroll data and records. - Maintain accurate records for each individual employee. - Manage and track all data related to Appraisals, Bonus payouts, Promotions, Contractors, Vendors, Interns, Exits, and all the processes around. - Publish employee data reports by preparing, and analysing data for weekly/ monthly/ ad hoc requests, MIS - New Joiners, Attrition, and segment-wise reports for these. - Administration of leaves, Holidays, LOP, Benefits, reimbursements, Insurance. - Prepare all letters or contracts for the entire employee lifecycle and any new changes e.g. Appointment letters, promotion, and relieving letters. - Exit & Offboarding- managing F&F and all relieving formalities. Publish employee data reports by preparing, and analyzing data for weekly/ monthly/ ad hoc requests, MIS - New Joiners, Attrition, and segment-wise reports for these. - Administration of leaves, Holidays, LOP, Benefits, reimbursements, Insurance. - To prepare all letters or contracts for the entire employee lifecycle and any new changes e.g. Appointment letters, promotion, and relieving letters. - Exit & Offboarding- managing F&F and all relieving formalities. - Ensure all tax and investment-related documents are scrutinized and provide support. - Ensuring 100% compliance for all processes and documentation for the entire employee lifecycle. - Continuously optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR operations team. - Generate regular reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. - Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant. - Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and resolve complex HR-related problems. - Participate in employee investigations and ensure fair and consistent resolution. Requirements: - MBA in HR, 6+ years of hands-on experience in an HR Operations role in a startup environment preferably. - Good knowledge of labor law and statutory Compliance. - Hands-on experience with HRMS tools - Ability to develop clear and fair SOPs, SLA, and TAT for all HR operations processes. - Hands-on experience with HR reports and dashboards. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results - Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks and to work independently. - Good communication skills.
