Implement and continually refine efficient collection, transportation, and processing processes to maximize resource utilization. 4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reverse logistics operations. 6. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and sustainability enhancements. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing operations. 8. Implement and enforce safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety within the operations team. 9. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the department. Qualifications: 1. Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in project management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. 4. Strong leadership and team management skills. 5.
