Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in product management - Prior experience working as a Product Manager with leading Banks and/or NBFCs is required - Strong problem-solving skills - we obsess over understanding user problems deeply before jumping to solutions - MBA (preferred) and B.Tech from Tier 1 colleges - Polished critical thinking and prioritization skills - ability to focus on real impact - Deep empathy for users and a strong drive to deliver features users love and advocate for - Ownership mindset - comfortable driving features end-to-end and working across functions to align goals - Proven track record of shipping live products within reasonable timelines - You're excited about helping founders and businesses around the world unlock better growth pathways - Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
