What you'll do?

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Recur Club's AI-driven lending marketplace.

- Integrate AI and data science to create intelligent, automated financial experiences.

- Partner with engineering, design, and operations to ship category-defining products at high velocity.

- Translate complex lending workflows into intuitive, scalable digital journeys.

- Build and mentor a world-class product team driven by data, speed, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product vision for Recur Club's AI-native lending platform, building for scale, intelligence, and impact.

- Lead end-to-end product strategy - from customer insight to design to launch to growth.

- Partner closely with AI and data science teams to embed intelligence into every layer of the product - underwriting, lender-borrower matching, risk scoring, and portfolio optimization.

- Collaborate across engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ship category-defining products at high velocity.

- Translate complex financial workflows into simple, delightful, and automated digital experiences.

- Build a culture of innovation and execution, mentoring future product leaders within the organization.

- Use data to measure what matters - driving outcomes that improve liquidity, conversion, and user trust.

- Stay ahead of fintech and AI trends to continuously elevate Recur Club's competitive edge.

What You'll Bring

- 8-12 years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or head-of-product capacity.

- Proven success building and scaling fintech, lending, or marketplace platforms.

- Deep understanding of AI/ML-driven decisioning and how intelligence can transform financial products.

- A strong sense of product intuition - balancing customer insight, data, and business impact.

- Comfort with high ownership, fast iteration, and building in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around bold visions.
