Requirements: - 5+ years in GTM, growth, or revenue roles. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-conversion pipelines, or worked in founder's office role in as growth lead. - Comes from strong education background, tier 1 MBA college is preferred. - Strong analytical mindset with expertise in optimizing GTM performance and lead conversion. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact growth initiatives.
