Role Overview :
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager / Senior Manager to drive revenue growth by sourcing and closing debt transactions across startups, SMEs, and emerging corporates.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of financial acumen, sales aggression, and the ability to build credibility with CXOs and Founders.
This role requires hustle, financial fluency, and a passion for deal-closing.
What Youll Do:
Revenue Generation:
- Own and deliver monthly revenue targets through successful origination and closure of debt transactions via the Recur Club platform.
Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
- Proactively identify and qualify new prospects through direct outreach, referrals and the partner ecosystem.
- Meet with 3-4 Founders / Promoters / CFOs daily to pitch Recur Clubs capital solutions.
- Develop a consistent pipeline of high-quality deals across priority sectors and geographies.
Consultative Selling:
- Understand business models and funding needs to advise on the right capital stack(working capital, venture debt, term loans, asset-backed financing, etc.
- Build trust with finance decision-makers through insights, financial understanding, and solutioningnot just pitching.
- Negotiating terms of the engagement, closing platform commercials and executing the Engagement Letter.
Deal Execution & Coordination:
- Monitor and fast-track the deal running journey initial evaluation, financial due diligence and execution with internal capital consultants, operations, and lenders.
- Drive urgency and momentum across clients and stakeholders to close deals on time.
What Were Looking For:
- 26 years of experience originating startups for all kinds of debt products.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and capital structures.
- Strong working knowledge of debt productssecured/unsecured loans, cash flow lending, invoice discounting, revenue-based financing, etc.
- Prior experience dealing with Founders / Promoters and CFOs of growth-stage and established businesses.
- Self-starter with strong hustle, discipline, and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and CRM hygiene.
