Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source qualified healthcare candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and medical networks.
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines using traditional and innovative recruitment methods.
- Actively engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, medical associations, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Meet recruitment targets with a goal-driven, proactive approach and strong analytical skills.
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports and candidate data in the ATS.
- Recruit international healthcare professionals for US-based roles (nurses, allied health, vendors).
- Guide candidates through hiring, licensing, certification, and onboarding processes.
- Source candidates with required certifications (IELTS, OET, NCLEX, HAAD, DHA).
- Ensure recruitment documentation and compliance records are up to date.
- Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and staffing events as needed.
- Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, innovative thinking, and flexibility with shifts/weekends
