About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Executive Search to support corporate function and leadership hiring.
- The ideal candidate should have worked with a reputed Executive Search firm or a top consulting organization, handling end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and senior-level positions across corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, IT, Operations, Strategy, etc.).
- Partner closely with business leaders and clients to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and success profiles.
- Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis for leadership mandates.
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels including referrals, networking, databases, and social platforms.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and competency-based evaluations.
- Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles, assessment notes, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, including offer negotiation and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with an Executive Search firm or a top-tier consulting organization.
- Proven expertise in Corporate Function Hiring or Leadership / CXO-level hiring.
- Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Strong research, sourcing, and talent-mapping capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling regional or global leadership mandates.
- Exposure to multinational clients or consulting-led recruitment engagements.
- Willingness to work from Noida or Dubai location as per business requirement.
