Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will lead end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level non-tech roles across functions. You will partner closely with hiring manager to understand mandates, source strategically, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across:
Corporate Functions: Finance, HR, Legal, Admin
Business Teams: Sales, Pre-sales, Commercial
Shared Services & Support Functions
Diversity Hiring across levels
- Source high-quality talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and market mapping
- Engage with candidates from first connect to final onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers or clients to shape job briefs, define requirements, and align expectations
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments as needed
- Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and reports on hiring progress
- Bring market intelligence to improve search strategy and pipeline quality
- Champion DEI hiring goals and influence hiring decisions through data and insights
What We're Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong exposure to non-IT hiring (mandatory)
- Preferred background in IT companies or MNCs
- Demonstrated success in hiring for corporate, sales, shared services, and support functions
- Experience with diversity hiring mandates
- Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong ownership, process orientation, and attention to detail
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
