Recruitment Role - Leadership Hiring - BPO

- Looking for a seasoned Recruiter to join our Leadership Acquisition team in Bangalore.

- This individual contributor role is pivotal in driving strategic hiring for senior leadership positions across PAN India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in executive search, stakeholder management, and market intelligence to attract top-tier leadership talent.

Key output expected from the role in next 2-3 quarters (OKRs):

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech leadership roles in Contact Center/BPO functions such as Operations, Digital Transformation, Training, Quality, HR, Workforce Management etc.

- Act as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders, understanding role requirements and delivering quality talent.

- Drive proactive talent mapping, pipelining, and succession planning initiatives. Manage high-touch candidate engagement and ensure a premium experience throughout the hiring process.

- Leverage data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.

- Collaborate with external search partners when needed, ensuring alignment with internal standards.

- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring lifecycle.

- Degree with 8 -12 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on leadership hiring (non-IT).

- Proven experience of atleast 5 years in hiring for Customer Services/BPO leadership roles is a must.

- Experience in executive search or working with search firms is a plus.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
