About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors across various specialties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent networking skills, and experience in managing high-volume medical hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors (permanent, contractual, and locum roles).
- Build and maintain a strong network of medical professionals and hospital partners.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract and onboard qualified doctors.
- Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare clients to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Manage a recruitment team and ensure timely fulfillment of doctor positions.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy in CRM tools (Oorwin/ATS).
- Track hiring metrics, prepare reports, and share regular updates with leadership.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or doctor hiring.
- Strong understanding of medical roles, hospital operations, and staffing structures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with recruitment tools, CRMs, and data management platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
