About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing end to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This is a hands on role requiring a mix of strategic thinking and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across various functions.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with
business goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build
strong hiring plans.
- Sourcing & Employer Branding: Drive innovative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and enhance employer branding.
- Recruitment Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, source effectiveness).
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve hiring processes for better efficiency and candidate experience.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other third-party vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters
preferred).
- 5-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
