Our client, a fast-growing D2C organization, is looking for a high-ownership, business-focused Recruiter to drive hiring across core business functions.
This role will own end-to-end hiring for corporate roles across Business, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and other non-tech functions, working closely with founders and senior stakeholders to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Hiring Ownership (Core to the Role)
- Own the complete hiring lifecycle.
- Drive hiring across non-tech functions such as Business, Marketing, Growth, Category, Operations, and Support roles
- Ensure speed, quality, and strong candidate experience across all mandates
2. Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders and business leaders
- Translate business requirements into clear, well-defined hiring briefs
- Challenge unclear JDs and align stakeholders on expectations, timelines, and candidate quality
3. Sourcing & Market Intelligence
- Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and direct outreach
- Conduct market mapping including talent landscape, competitor benchmarking, and compensation insights
4. Hiring Quality & Assessment
- Screen candidates for functional expertise, cultural fit, and long-term potential
5. Process, Metrics & Employer Brand
- Own key TA metrics: time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, candidate drop-offs
- Improve recruitment processes, documentation, and overall hiring hygiene
Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on corporate/non-tech hiring
- Proven track record hiring business, marketing, operations, and leadership roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and business communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Work Model - In Office, Alternate Saturday's working
