This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Recruitment Lead to drive our talent acquisition strategy and lead a team of recruiters. This role is pivotal in shaping hiring outcomes, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across various functions.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for a seamless candidate journey

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles

- Monitor key hiring metrics and drive improvements in recruitment performance

- Partner with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and employer branding

- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and compliance standards

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to lead large-scale hiring initiatives

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering results
