Job Title: Head - Recruitment Head

Company: Alco-Bev

Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Experience Required:

- Minimum 3+ years for Tier 1 MBA graduates

- Minimum 5+ years for Tier 2 MBA graduates

Compensation: Up to - 80 LPA (Based on experience and fitment)

Notice Period: Preference for candidates with 30 days' notice or shorter; buyout option available

Role Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Head to lead the talent acquisition strategy for company. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building a future-ready workforce, managing the full employee lifecycle, and acting as a strategic HR business partner across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle across the organization with a strong focus on building future talent pipelines

- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across functions, levels, and geographies, including white- and blue-collar hiring

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders to understand and align recruitment goals with business needs

- Champion employer branding initiatives, positioning UBL as an employer of choice across Tier 1 and Tier 2 campuses

- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using sourcing analytics, funnel conversion metrics, and market intelligence

- Oversee campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring mandates

- Ensure D&I hiring frameworks and inclusive practices are embedded in the TA process

- Partner with external recruitment firms, platforms, and consultants to build a robust sourcing ecosystem

- Drive onboarding effectiveness, employee engagement during pre-joining, and early lifecycle retention

- Monitor recruitment KPIs (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire) and continuously improve processes

- Lead and mentor the internal talent acquisition team

Notice Period:

Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less will be preferred. Buyout options are supported for suitable candidates.
