Responsibilities:  - Provide administrative support for team of recruiters in scheduling candidates interviews, arranging travel, drafting offer letters, utilizing & updating the application tracking system and conducting reference checks.  - Open and post requisitions internally & externally. Identify and recommend niche job boards and networking groups.   - Appropriately document and manage the post offer, pre hire process to ensure all necessary actions are taken prior to the new hire start date.  - Search and identify candidates within the internal database and internet using various search techniques and strategies.  - Organize and participate in annual industry conferences and recruitment events.  - Respond to both internal and external general inquiries about employment and the employment process.  - Participate in the development and implementation of new processes related to employment.  - Maintain recruiting materials such as hire off packets.  - Assist in the creation and generation of staffing reports.  Qualification/ Experience:  - 2 + years experience in a recruiting or HR department in a support role.  - Proficiency in Microsoft office applications   - Solid verbal and written communication skills.  - Experience with Taleo application tracking system and oracle.  - prior sourcing experience using recognized industry tools and techniques a plus.  Interested candidates can forward their update resume at vaishali@careeradvantage.in
