To strengthen our offshore delivery capability, we are expanding our India-based recruitment team to support UAE mandates exclusively.
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and performance-driven Recruitment Consultant who will manage UAE hiring mandates from India. The role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership, strong stakeholder coordination with Dubai-based clients and internal teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent under defined SLAs.
- This is a delivery-focused role with exposure to international hiring standards and fast-paced client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UAE-based clients from India
- Understand client mandates, role specifications, and hiring priorities shared by Dubai team
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and active headhunting
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with UAE market expectations
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and UAE-based stakeholders
- Manage candidate engagement, documentation, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT), quality metrics, and closure ratios
- Ensure compliance with UAE hiring norms, documentation, and process protocols
- Build and maintain sector-specific talent pipelines for repeat mandates
- Provide regular recruitment MIS, pipeline updates, and performance reports
Candidate Profile:
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Exposure to Gulf / UAE hiring is a strong advantage (mandatory for senior profiles)
- Strong communication skills with confidence in client and candidate interactions
- Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in time-zone aligned shifts with Dubai
- High ownership, accountability, and delivery discipline
