Recruitment Consultant - Investment Banking & Private Equity  We are looking to hire a Consultant for our Front office team in Mumbai.   The role will involve:  - Business development and origination of new client relationships (Investment Banks & Private Equity funds)   - Developing an understanding of Investment Banking & Private Equity verticals including M&A & Private Equity advisory, growth, buyout, venture capital and other related segments   - Meeting with clients to sell recruitment solutions to them   - Generating candidates for new opportunities via networking, our database and selective headhunting   - Managing the recruitment process, negotiation and closing deal   The ideal candidate will have the following:  - 2-3 years of Investment Banking/ Private Equity/Management Consulting background or a recruiter from a reputed institution in the financial services space   - A determined attitude and drive to succeed   - Strong networking, teamwork and interpersonal skills   - Ability to work independently and the willingness to take ownership of their portfolio & roles   Michael Page is a world leading recruitment consultancy with over 164 offices in 34 countries around the world.
