Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Conduct detailed market mapping exercises, competitor intelligence to identify potential candidates and target organizations aligned with client briefs.

- Candidate Sourcing & Quality Management: Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks and present quality profiles to consultants and clients within agreed timelines; track and report research progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to turnaround timelines.

- Research Reporting: Deliver research reports, competitor analysis, and market intelligence for client projects with a target of 2-3 per month.

- Consultant Support: Assist consultants in building strong candidate and client relationships, which will be evaluated based on consultant satisfaction and internal feedback score.

- Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate talent pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with an accuracy of 95%+.

- Previous experience in an executive search or professional search environment is preferred

- Strong research skills with a keen eye for details and pattern recognition

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- A natural curiosity and commercial mindset

- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
