Job Title: Recruitment Business Manager - Niche & Executive Hiring

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Recruitment Business Manager to lead and grow our niche hiring and executive search operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, a proven track record of client management, and the ability to drive business development within the top and senior management hiring space.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management & Strategy

- Oversee the daily operations of our recruitment business focused on niche and senior-level hiring.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and client expansion.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Identify and engage with potential clients for top management and specialized hiring needs.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and decision-makers.

- Manage end-to-end client interactions including pitching, negotiations, and service delivery.

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

- Lead a team (if applicable) or manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and niche roles.

- Maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates in specialized industries or functions.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of recruitment mandates.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring practices.

- Provide regular performance updates and insights to the founder/leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5-12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in senior or niche hiring.

- Strong experience in client acquisition and managing high-value recruitment mandates.

- Deep understanding of executive search methodology and talent mapping.

- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
