Associate Recruitment from Corporates only  Client - Investment banker  Job Description  - Aligning business and customer requirements with the hiring strategy of the organization, ascertaining manpower requirements based on key skill sets, technical requirements, Compensation & Benefit Analysis, and job profiling.  - Hiring across levels: Volumes, Mid, Senior & Leadership.  - Define & execute against metrics.  - Will be responsible to guide/ help/ mentor the team  - Managing sourcing and hiring activity cycle through employee referrals, Job Portals, Vendors  - Deciding the budgets required to get the required number of candidates.
