
About the Role - GTM Recruiting Manager
We are looking for a seasoned GTM Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our Go-To-Market hiring function. This role will be instrumental in building high-impact Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success teams that directly contribute to business growth. Based in Hyderabad with a 5-day Work From Office model, the role requires close collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
As a GTM Recruiting Manager, you will own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for GTM roles across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. You will act as a strategic talent partner to senior stakeholders, translating business growth plans into robust hiring roadmaps. The role demands a strong balance of hands-on recruiting, team leadership, and process optimization.
You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, driving performance through clear KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. A strong focus will be placed on candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring efficiency, while ensuring quality and speed at scale. This position plays a critical role in strengthening the organization's GTM talent pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GTM hiring across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success functions
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs aligned with revenue goals
- Build and execute scalable recruiting strategies for high-growth SaaS environments
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and hiring excellence
- Drive process improvements using ATS insights, recruiting metrics, and market data
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strong stakeholder satisfaction
- Strengthen employer branding and sourcing strategies for niche GTM talent
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in GTM / Sales / Revenue recruiting, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups
- 2+ years of people management experience, managing and scaling recruiting teams
- Proven success in hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles at scale
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM models - SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in ATS tools and recruiting analytics
