Recruiting Consultant As a Recruiting consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfill our clients' hiring requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Understanding client requirements and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client's requirements. - Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including internal databases, job boards, headhunting, and networking. - Understanding candidates' profiles to evaluate role fitment (screening and shortlisting) - Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers. - Manage scheduling and coordination-related activities in the entire recruitment process - To build effective candidate pipelines. - Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships through proactive sourcing and continuous networking. - Must have a sense of urgency, passion, and drive to ensure alignment with the business and make sure your hiring pools are always on track. - Willing to make 50-60 calls a day for sourcing (screening, sourcing & scheduling calls and interviews). - Must have strong convincing & follow-up with candidates. - Should be able to work under pressure. Desired Candidate Profile: - Should have experience in Domestic recruiting firms or recruiting consultancies. - Should have excellent knowledge in both IT and Non-IT and Engineering roles. - Should Be Target Oriented. - Excellent networking skills, people person, and team player. - Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals. - Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Highly energetic and motivated individual.
