
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Broking Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting for roles in stock broking. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to meet the fast-paced hiring needs of our broking division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs for broking and financial markets roles (e.g., dealers, relationship managers, equity advisors, traders, analysts).
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, databases, and employee referrals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback collection.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions in line with internal parity and budget.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain accurate records in the recruitment system.
- Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting for the broking sector.
- Strong understanding of job roles in broking: Dealers, RM - Broking, Equity/Commodity Traders, etc.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Experience: Recruitment experience with a broking house, fintech, or BFSI recruitment agency.
