About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic, client-facing recruitment professionals with strong expertise in Non-IT hiring. As a Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter at ManpowerGroup India, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, managing key accounts, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with client workforce requirements.

- Develop, update, and optimize job descriptions and job specifications.

- Perform job and task analysis to align candidate profiles with role objectives.

- Source and engage talent through job portals, databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.

- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and schedule candidate interviews.

- Leverage advanced selection techniques such as structured interviews, assessments, and telephonic/video screening.

- Manage key client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and quality hiring outcomes.

- Maintain hiring metrics and present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

Candidate Profile:

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced staffing or consulting environment.

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing positions across mid to senior levels.

- Strong command over modern recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing methodologies.

- Expertise in client engagement, stakeholder management, and expectation alignment.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
