Recovery Manager - Personal Loan

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Hard Collection Executive to manage late-stage delinquent accounts (DPD 180+) in the personal loan segment. The role requires strong field follow-ups, negotiation skills, and recovery tactics to reduce NPA and maximize recovery.

Digital & Field Outreach:

- Execute structured collection campaigns for DPD 60+ buckets via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and field visits.

- Use our Collections CRM & mobile app to log interactions in real time.

Data-Driven Negotiation:

- Analyze borrower profiles (credit score, transaction history, repayment patterns) to craft personalized settlement offers.

- Propose dynamic repayment plans (EMI restructuring, lump-sum settlement) within fintech policy.

Legal & Lender Partnerships:

- Trigger e-legal notices, coordinate with recovery agencies, and assist in digital arbitration or Lok Adalat when needed.

- Interface with internal Risk & Legal teams to escalate high-risk accounts.
