We're Hiring: RTR General Ledger Consolidation & Reporting Supervisor Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM IST Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification Expertise: Consolidation of financials for 5+ legal entities, P&L and balance sheet closing, IFRS implementation - Tools: Proficiency in SAP-FC, Hyperion Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage operations within the General Ledger (GL) verticals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Lead the consolidation process for financials involving 5 or more legal entities. - Oversee and manage the period-end closing activities for the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and Balance Sheet. - Ensure team and process compliance with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of financial data, reports, and processes. - Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audits, addressing auditor queries and providing necessary documentation. - Lead the preparation of accurate standalone and consolidated financial statements. - Lead the preparation of cash flow statements. - Apply expertise in IFRS implementation and ensure financial reporting adheres to IFRS standards. - Utilize proficiency in tools such as SAP-FC and Hyperion to manage consolidation and reporting activities. Required Qualifications & Expertise: Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in relevant finance and accounting roles. - Proven expertise in the consolidation of financials for 5 or more legal entities. - Experience in managing and overseeing P&L and Balance Sheet closing processes. - Experience with IFRS implementation and reporting requirements. - Proficiency in using financial consolidation and reporting tools, specifically SAP-FC and Hyperion. - Strong skills in the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements. - Strong skills in the preparation of cash flow statements. - Experience supervising GL verticals, performing QA reviews, and supporting audits. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and leadership skills. Desired Industry Exposure (Preferred): - Experience gained from working in Captive Shared Services organizations (e.g., similar to Accenture, Genpact, Colgate, Clariant). - Experience gained from working in Big4 accounting firms.
