Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the showroom, including daily operations, sales performance, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including interior designers, architects, and builders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to ensure they meet individual and team goals.
- Ensure smooth showroom operations, including inventory management and product displays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales management, preferably within the furniture industry.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong sales expertise with a consultative approach, focused on building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong mathematical skills with proficiency in calculations, conversions, and percentages.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
