Recliners India - Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional service and product expertise.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including architects, interior designers, and builders.

- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities through a consultative approach.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.

- Participate in product training and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the furniture or related industries (furnishings, mattresses, luxury goods).

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

- Excellent presentation skills and a professional demeanor.

- Proficiency in basic mathematics (calculations, conversions, percentages).

- Experience working with architects, interior designers, or builders is a strong plus.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
