This role would be responsible for managing the FP&A, Books, Trade Promotions planning gamut of Modern trade channel, specifically focusing on trade spends and accounts receivables for the modern trade channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Trade Spends:

- Optimizing and managing trade discounts/schemes offered to customers on monthly basis.

- Scheme Tracker & ROI - Tracking ROIs for key scheme changes & inputs

- Trade Spends Automation in Anaplan

- Trade spend plan (Trade Marketing Likely View) Preparation & Sign Off: Monthly/Quarterly TMLV, Variance Analysis, Market Audits etc..

- Business Performance Analysis & Developments

- Analyzing monthly brand and account performance for the modern trade channel.

- Ensure price parity in SKU rates across channels.

- Partnering with Key account managers in identification and incorporation of new modern trade accounts.

- Business Performance: Preparation of Sales Bible & Insights with FD, SD & GM

- Productivity Champion for Sales Finance

- Controls - Support in Audits, Improve SOX compliance, Process establishment

Books:

- Monthly Balance Sheet & PL closures - Trade Accruals

- Preparation of Account wise P&L for profitability analysis.

- Monthly Trade Accruals (Provision) schedule

- Closing stock analysis and insights.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

- CA/CMA

- 2+ years of experience post qualification in FMCG/Manufacturing or E-commerce organization of strong repute.

- Working experience in Sales Finance function would be preferable.

Preferred:

- Working experience in Modern trade or Ecommerce finance.

- Strong negotiation, presentations, and collaborative skills.

- Strong analytical skills - able to analyse and evaluate business issues, resolving matters to achieve performance and economic objectives.

- A self-starter with a high energy level; capable of directing numerous tasks under pressure with equanimity.

- Strongly oriented to action and decision making.

- Demonstrates openness to new ideas, and creative/innovative solutions.

- Excellent interpersonal skill with proven ability to communicate with high level executives.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
