Responsibilities : - Responsible for Manpower Planning (Recruitment, Selection & Induction) and budgeting as business plan - Developing and implementing HR Policies / Processes in line with the Quality Standards - Improving organizational effectiveness by effectively implementing a performance management system - Responsible for PMS process of the plant by aligning individual and departmental KRAs with the Plant KRAs, ensuring the monthly progress towards it by timely reviews - Responsible for Initiation, Negotiation & Finalization of LTA for plant amicably within the timeframe followed by effective implementation - Responsible for Maintaining IR with the union for ensuring smooth working of the plant and Liaoning with govt officials to maintain smooth and harmonious work relationship - Ensuring compliances to all legal formalities and regulations pertaining to Mysore - Responsible for Implementing EHS system. Driving EHS through training and ensuring EHS implementation across functions - Responsible for Admin & Statutory & Legal Compliance - Highlighting employee relationship management issues i.e. absenteeism and attrition, retention, satisfaction, harassment, employee responsibilities, workplace etc which might negatively impact employee relations - Managing overall Training & Development of employees as per the various inputs from the department heads, individual and market scenario to ensure an efficient workforce. Ensuring timely and accurate MIS for manpower reporting - Managing the overall development of team members through effective & need based training &evaluating its effectiveness. - Public Relations with Key stake holders viz Government, Local bodies, Police etc - To monitor and drive Employee Engagement Activities at Plant - Read & Understand all Env & Safety standards requirement of Reckitt - Ensure Env & Safety requirement is integral part of People Development plan through TNI - Ensure site is legally complied to all applicable Env & Safety statute. Authorizations : - Approving Petty Cash Expenses of all Departmental expenses Personal obligation : - Regular undertaking of the health check by the company doctor, include reporting of contagious diseases. - Participation in training measures in the context of the in-house training plan. - To follow the company norms.
