Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to track KPIs and ROIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copies, creatives, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize returns while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to enhance campaign results.
- Prepare detailed reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and DSP platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization
