About the role:

By now, it should be evident that the tipping point in our journey has been the shift to the cloud kitchen model, the launch of new brands, and the strengthening of existing ones. The Power of Brands is our holy grail of success and a cornerstone of our existence.

At its core, the role of a Senior Manager - Brand at Rebel Foods involves:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align these strategies with overall company goals.

- Assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and build brand love, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Partnering with cross-functional teams to launch products and brands based on consumer trends and insights from multiple sources.

- Monitoring key brand health metrics, analyzing performance data, and recommending strategic adjustments as needed.

- Supporting and collaborating with the social media team on content ideation and identifying ways to improve engagement.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

- Consumer-First Champion: A deep-seated commitment to understanding and solving for the customer.

- Entrepreneurial Drive: A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and treats the brand like their own business.

- Operational Excellence: Proven track record of high execution rigor and the ability to turn strategy into seamless reality.

- Analytical Pedigree: 2-5 years of high-impact experience, backed by a Tier-I educational background and a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
