Role Description:


- This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Team Leader based in Gurgaon. The Sales Team Leader will oversee, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.


- Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and align with company goals.

Qualifications:


- Strong Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate sales staff effectively.

- Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques, along with the ability to meet and exceed targets.


- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.


- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate sales performance, and propose data-driven strategies.


- Proven experience in building and managing high-performance sales teams is preferred.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business goals and targets.

- Drive sales of Airtel Payments Banks products and services in the assigned territory.

- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

- Develop and execute local sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews to improve team productivity.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and customers.

- Report sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to management.
