Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, located in Noida. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting team meetings, training team members, analyzing sales data, and communicating with clients to understand their real estate needs.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.


- Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate performance reports to drive improvement and accountability.


- Communicate directly with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.


- Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge, soft skills, and selling techniques.


- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve sales operations and customer satisfaction.


- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.


Qualifications:


- Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills.


- Proficiency in Team Management and Customer Service.


- Proven Sales experience.


- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
