- Day planning for each individual.
- Mapping KPI/KRA for every individual.
- Closing of sales for any and all team members, as and when provided.

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
- 5years+ of real estate sales experience.
- One should own vehicle.
- Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred.
- Passionate about sales.
- Good communication skills & Client handling skills.
- Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients.
- Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours.
- Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed.
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-8 Years.
