
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Wealth Manager/Portfolio Manager to join Capital Edge. The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of experience, a strong personal client portfolio, and a successful track record of advising on and selling high-ticket investments, especially across real estate and structured financial products, with exposure to HNI portfolios exceeding - 5 crore. The role is designed for an entrepreneurial professional seeking both strategic responsibility and financial upside.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, advise, and manage a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients with a focus on real estate-centric investment strategies, diversified with real estate, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, and structured notes.
- Applicants must come with a pre-established personal client base of high-net-worth individuals who can be onboard under their advisory.
- Utilize your existing client base to grow business and increase wallet share with each account.
- Offer tailored investment advice across luxury real estate, REITs, commercial pre-leased assets, and financial instruments aligned with each client's risk-return appetite.
- Regularly review and rebalance portfolios based on asset performance, market conditions, and client objectives.
- Coordinate with research, legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality advisory services.
- Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends, product innovations, tax policies, and real estate cycles that impact client wealth strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals (- 5 Cr and above) with HNI/UHNI clientele.
- Must bring a self-owned, active book of clients ready to engage through Capital Edge.
- Deep knowledge of asset allocation, capital protection models, taxation, and financial planning.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments, including SEBI, RERA, and RBI.
- Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA (L1/L2), NISM XA/XB preferred.
