Job Responsibilities (JD):

- Drive sales and business growth in the assigned zone by implementing effective strategies.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.

- Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and brand visibility in the region.

- Manage Sell-In and Sell-Out activities while ensuring healthy ROI for channel partners.
