Sales Leadership & Target Achievement:
- Drive sales of Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and LAP through builder channels, brokers, DSAs, and direct customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement and revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and lead conversion rates.
- Guide and mentor junior loan executives (if applicable).
- Business Development & Channel Management
- Develop and manage strong relationships with real estate builders, developers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners for continuous lead flow.
- Conduct regular visits to project sites, channel offices, and real estate events to enhance visibility.
- Negotiate and finalize partnerships to expand business opportunities.
- Client Handling & Loan Advisory
- Meet potential borrowers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and turnaround time.
- Assist clients with application filing, document collection, and coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure smooth client experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Loan Processing & Coordination
- Work closely with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure timely file processing.
- Conduct preliminary eligibility checks by analyzing income documents, credit bureau reports, and property papers.
- Resolve queries and bottlenecks to improve approval turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan files and customer interactions.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
-Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market trends in the real estate lending - space.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on lead generation, conversions, pipeline status, and achievements.
- Share customer insights, challenges, and recommendations with management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in selling Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, or LAP (mandatory).
- Proven ability to manage channel partners and drive disbursements through real estate networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of loan eligibility assessment, financial documents, and credit processes.
- Target-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage field visits, project meetings, and high-paced sales cycles
