Job Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and effectiveness.

- Develop and implement inside sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

- Establish and maintain sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management, to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align inside sales efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances, to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant industry regulations and best practices.


Required Skills:


- Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of inside sales strategies and tactics, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions.

- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achievement and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:


- MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
